Virtual sessions offer a grounded, connected space for personal and relational growth — no matter the distance or weather. Whether you're across Colorado or across the country, we can do meaningful work together.
Prefer to meet in person but not outdoors? I also offer sessions at libraries, coworking spaces, and other comfortable community locations. In-home sessions are available too, for added privacy and ease.

Virtual sessions are 1 hour. In-person indoor sessions vary by format. Self-pay and Colorado Medicaid accepted. Superbills provided for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
