Nature-based therapy
Step outside the therapy office and into a space where you can actually breathe. Movement and nature support regulation, reflection, and forward momentum.

How it works
Therapy that moves with you
We'll begin our first session somewhere private and comfortable — a library meeting room, co-working space, your home, or a similar setting. This gives us space to get familiar with each other and create a plan for the work we'll do together.
From there, we move outdoors — on a trail, in open space, or in a natural setting that feels right for you. Sessions are 90 minutes and focus on what's present in your body and emotions, using the natural environment as a grounding anchor.
There's no agenda to perform or get it right — just space to slow down, notice, and move through what's been stuck. Nature invites you to reconnect with yourself in a way that four walls and a couch simply can't.
What a session looks like
Every session is different because every person is different. But here's the general shape of what to expect.
Your first session starts indoors — a library, co-working space, or your home — so we can build rapport and set intentions.
From there, we take the work outside. Trails, parks, open space — wherever feels right for you and the work we're doing.
Using Gestalt and somatic awareness, we focus on what's happening in your body and emotions — not just the story in your head.
Clients describe feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to themselves after sessions. That's the goal.
