Equine-partnered sessions

If you feel called to include your horse in the work, I invite you into a different kind of conversation — one that unfolds in relationship, presence, and partnership.

How it works

Your horse becomes a partner in the process

I travel to you and work with your horse as an active partner in the session. All sessions are ground-based (no riding) — your horse acts as a present, responsive partner, often reflecting what's happening beneath the surface.

You'll be guided through experiential exercises that support awareness, regulation, and relational change. Many clients find that this work also deepens the bond and trust between them and their horse.

Working alongside your own horse creates powerful opportunities for regulation, awareness, and deepened trust. Your horse offers real-time feedback, shared experience, and an honest relational dynamic that helps you embody confidence and clarity from the inside out. As you grow, so does the connection between you.

Why horses?

Horses bring a nonjudgmental, authentic presence that can help you feel deeply seen, heard, and felt. They often notice subtle shifts in energy and emotion that humans miss — which can open new doors for healing.

Somatic awareness

Horses respond to your body language, breath, and energy — helping you become more aware of what you're carrying and how it shows up in relationship.

Real-time feedback

Unlike traditional therapy, the horse gives you immediate, honest feedback. There's no performing or people-pleasing — just presence and truth.

Deepened trust

As you learn to regulate and connect with your horse, you're also learning to trust yourself. That confidence carries into every relationship.

Embodied change

This isn't intellectual work — it's felt. The shifts that happen with horses are visceral, lasting, and deeply personal.

Relational patterns

How you show up with your horse often mirrors how you show up in relationships. We use that awareness to create real, lasting change.

Logistics & what to know

Where do sessions happen?
I travel to you and work with your horse at your location — your barn, ranch, or wherever you and your horse feel most at home. Sessions take place across Colorado.
What are the requirements for my horse?
Horses should be older than 5 years old and have solid ground manners. A round pen is preferred but not always required. We'll confirm all logistics on your consult call.
Is riding involved?
No. All equine sessions are ground-based. Your horse acts as a present, responsive partner — no riding, no tack.
Is it safe?
You'll receive a safety demonstration at each session, and waivers are required. I carry malpractice and general liability insurance for all equine sessions.
How long are sessions?
Equine-partnered sessions are 90 minutes. This gives us time to settle in with your horse, do meaningful work, and close with intention.
What does it cost?
Equine-partnered sessions are $325 for 90 minutes. Discount packages may be available — reach out and we'll find what fits.
